Maze-Crown Metropol Restaurant Bar Melbourne
Gordon Ramsay's first Australian restaurants, maze and maze Grill, opened on 29th March 2010 in the heart of Australia's food capital, Melbourne.
Both restaurants are located at Crown Metropol, the third and newest hotel within the Crown entertainment complex and are modelled on their highly successful British namesakes, with menus specifically developed to highlight the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients available throughout Australia.
